Late Payment Fee

Failure to pay fees in a timely manner can result in loss of schedule. Failure to pay balance can result in a $75 late payment fee.

Federal financial aid will be reduced (or have to be repaid) for classes dropped between the refund date and the census date.***

Registration Tips

Section Codes:

The first character of the section number indicates the DATES the course runs.  See academic calendar for exact dates:

  1. P = pre-session, 15-day course starts several weeks before and ends prior to the 'normal' start of the semester
  2. 0 = standard timed course - runs the full 16 weeks
  3. A = A session, 8 weeks - course starts with full session course and ends at mid-term
  4. B = B session, 8 weeks - course starts at mid-term and ends when full session courses end
  5. 2 = 2nd Session - 7 week courses that occur within the first half of the semester
  6. 3 = 3rd Session - 7 week courses that occur with the second half of the semester
The last character of the section number indicates details about delivery
  1. X = standard course, meets in person for number of credit hours awarded each week
  2. I = Internet Course is 100% online, there are no requirements to come to campus
  3. J = 75-99% of course is delivered online, there are some requirements to meet on campus
  4. K = 50-74% of course is delivered online, regular course meetings are scheduled for 25-50% of class time.
  5. L = 25% or less of the course is delivered online, regular course meetings are scheduled for 75% or more of class time.
